1.) About that spearing… It seems there is some confusion as to what it is and exactly what is going on in my house! LOL! It is a football term for driving your shoulder into the opposition. Remember, these SiLLieS are SUPPOSED to be FUNNY! LOL! And sometimes a few may carry over from the week (or even WAY longer) before. In the case of spearing, 4yo Preston told Daddy that 9yo Allen spears him FIVE TIMES EVERY DAY! (LOL!) It was not true. So in Daddy’s discussion with Allen about his hurting shoulder on Friday, five days later, he joked that he had speared Preston twenty-five times that week, and he didn’t wanna hear about his shoulder hurting! LOL! He’s also been keeping score and telling Allen that he’s not meeting his daily quota~LOL! They are SO FUNNY!
2.) In the spirit of carry-over, the “basket of flowers” has now been shortened to be called, “the basket”. BOYS!
3.) My darling thinks our boys talk all the time. After having Hazel I informed him that now having a girl, he would REALLY learn what talking is! He didn’t believe me. Wouldn’t you know that Hazel is now talking ALL THE TIME~even though she doesn‘t know how to talk? LOL! All with inflection and hand gestures!
4.) Hazel (16 mos.) LOVES dresses, so I put her in them often. I didn’t yesterday, and when she woke up from her nap I found her with a dress pulled on over her clothes! HA HA!
5.) Preston has taken to calling me My-ma. ????
6.) I shared that I had been reviewed, and Mr. Cunningham was WAY too kind! I don’t see us as *working* with the homeless~we just happen to live in their neighborhood! LOL! Now go leave him comments about that soap opera thang… JK!
